EPE foam pouches are one of the simplest and most cost-effective ways to protect fragile goods during packing, transit and storage. Because each pouch wraps around the item on all sides, it eliminates surface-to-surface contact without requiring additional void fill or secondary packaging. Our pouches are manufactured at our Bhiwadi plant using expanded polyethylene (EPE) or cross-linked PE foam in thicknesses from 1mm to 6mm.
Every pouch is cut and sealed to the dimensions you specify. There is no stock-size constraint — whether you need a 50mm pouch for a small ceramic figurine or a 400mm pouch for a glass vase, we produce it to exact measurements. Orders are typically fulfilled within 3 to 5 working days of confirmation; sample sets are dispatched within 48 hours so you can verify fit before committing to bulk quantities.

EPE (expanded polyethylene) foam is the standard option: lightweight, flexible, cost-effective, and suitable for most fragile goods packaging. Cross-linked polyethylene foam is a denser, more uniform material with a finer cell structure. It provides better cushioning per millimetre of thickness, higher chemical resistance and a cleaner surface finish — making it preferred for jewellery, medical devices and premium FMCG packaging.
We offer a 48-hour sample turnaround from the time you confirm the dimensions and foam grade. Samples are manufactured in our Bhiwadi facility and can be dispatched by courier on the same day they are ready. For Delhi NCR customers, same-day or next-day hand delivery of samples is also available on request.
The minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces for custom-sized EPE foam pouches. This applies to both standard EPE and cross-linked foam grades.
