Yes. We offer custom Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) printing directly on the bubble film during the extrusion process. This covers brand name, recycling symbols, and mandatory EPR registration details required under India's Plastic Waste Management Rules. There is no additional print setup fee for monthly orders above 500 kg. For smaller volumes, a nominal plate charge applies — contact our sales team for the current rate.
The minimum order quantity for standard air bubble rolls in stock widths and thicknesses is 50 kg. For custom widths outside our standard range, or for rolls with custom EPR printing, the MOQ may be 100-200 kg depending on the specification — this is confirmed at the time of quotation. We do not impose a per-SKU minimum if your combined order meets the 50 kg threshold, so mixed-specification orders are welcome.
For standard stock sizes, orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched the same day from our Bhiwadi facility. Gurgaon is approximately 45-60 minutes by road from Bhiwadi via NH-48, so delivery typically arrives at your facility within 2-4 hours of dispatch.
